HELLO BLOGGGGG! I've missed you!

I have finally returned to blog and I am amazed at how long it's been since I have written anything here... I no longer use this as my venting board and it's been quite the year because as I write this, I will be finishing up the music credits that I am taking and basically finished with my M.A. The bleakness of my life comes from the fact that I will pretty much be job hunting and hitting setback after setback... But I remain hopeful at the possibilities...

As for my current posting right now, I am saying my blessings for the ability to share my life with my sisters... I miss them dearly and life has brought quite the many developments but our love for God and each other has deepened ten-fold. It is amazing at each get-together how much I miss their antics and their profound ability to make me laugh the entire time... Our funny faces, our inside jokes and sharings never cease to encourage me and remind me of why God has given us sisters... It's for all those times when guys just don't cut it. Just like guys need their bro time; girls need their sister time... I can cry, vent, bawl and the result would still be the same: these girls would find some way to encourage me, speak truth into my life, and make me laugh all at the same time... Their questions will always leave me with a smile on my face and more often than not, I find all the troubles of my day just melting away... I honestly went into today with such a heavy heart and I just couldn't knock it... Give me 5-6 minutes with these girls and I'm starting to feel better...

Tonight was one for the record books as we NEVER see each other nowadays but we must plan the next SoCKS gathering before we really don't have time :) I love you girls and I honestly had one of the best nights of the week today! Thank you for the love you've shown me... Our celebrations are often quite weird but very fun and truly one of the most encouraging times of my life, each and every year...
